AT-Virtual represented by its leader CEEI Asturias, participated in the Workshop When Technology Meets Aquaculture, organized by 3 European projects from the Atlantic Area: Access2sea, Integrate, and AT-Virtual
The Workshop was developed in the framework of the Atlantic Stakeholder Platform Conference, which took place in Cadiz (Spain) on 1st December. The workshop was approached to co-create and experiment how technology solutions implemented for the maritime sector in IoT, Big Data, and Vision Technologies (VR/AR), could be transferred to a more traditional sector, such as aquaculture.
Under this approach, 3 AT-Virtual startups, Koinsys, UPintelligence, and Pibico, Compañia de Inteligencia de Negocio y Control, that have implemented their industry 4.0 technologies in Maritime Rescue Training Centers (MSTCs), acted as digital enablers in this workshop providing digital solutions to the challenges proposed in aquaculture.
AT-VIRTUAL aims to improve the operability and performance of Maritime Safety Training Centres (MSTCs) in the Atlantic area by enabling businesses to develop emerging technology-based solutions to MSTCs needs in the field of simulation-based training systems for maritime security operations.
